REGISTRATION

• 20% VAT will be added to the registration fees.
• If payment based on early registration rates is not completed, the budget will automatically be updated to reflect late registration rates.
• The registration fee includes:
• Access to the digital pocket program,
• Digital Certificate of Attendance,
• Access to the exhibition area and participation in industry activities,
• Admission to the full scientific program, lunches, and coffee breaks.

Congress registration fees must be paid to the Association's account. Please contact the Association for detailed information and payment procedures.

Registration Cancellation Terms:

• Requests for registration cancellation must be submitted in writing to Topkon Congress and Event Services.
• For cancellations received before August 10, 2026, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after August 10, 2026. Only name changes will be accepted after this date.

ACCOMMODATION

• Accommodation rates cover a 3-night All-Inclusive package. (Check-in: October 29, 2026, at 14:00; Check-out: November 1, 2026, at 12:00).
• Round-trip airport-hotel group transfers are included in the accommodation fees. Transfers on dates outside the specified congress period are not included.
• An "external participant fee," mandated by the hotel, will be charged to participants or sponsors who are not staying at the congress hotel or who have not booked their accommodation through the official congress agency during scientific activities.
• The external participant fee is €100 + VAT per day.
• The prices listed above exclude VAT. Any changes in tax rates will be reflected accordingly.
• If the late accommodation fees listed above are not paid by October 23, an additional 15% on-site accommodation surcharge will be applied.
